This information was sent to me in an email I thought it was very interesting and if proven correct what a wonderful, simple and organic way to maintain wellness in your life. A Cancer Remedy and preventer without nasty side effects.
The Sour Sop or the fruit from the graviola tree is a miraculous natural cancer cell killer 10,000 times stronger than Chemo.

Why are we not aware of this? Its because some big corporates want to make back their money spent on years of research by trying to make a synthetic version of it for sale.

So, since you know it now you can help a friend in need by letting him/her know or just drink some sour sop juice yourself as prevention from time to time. The taste is not bad after all. It’s completely natural and definitely has no side effects. If you have the space, plant one in your garden. The other parts of the tree are also useful.

The next time you have a fruit juice, ask for a SOUR SOP!

How many people died in vain while this billion-dollar drug maker concealed the secret of the miraculous Graviola tree?

This tree is low and is called graviola in Brazil, guanabana in Spanish and has the uninspiring name "soursop" in English.

The fruit is very large and the subacid sweet white pulp is eaten scooped out, more commonly, used to make fruit drinks, sherbets etc;.

The principal interest in this plant is because of its strong anti-cancer effects. Although it is effective for a number of medical conditions, it is its anti tumor effect that is of most interest.

This plant is a proven cancer remedy for cancers of all types. Besides this, graviola is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for both bacterial and fungal infections, is effective against internal parasites and worms, lowers high blood pressure and is used for depression, stress and nervous disorders.

The truth is stunningly simple: Deep within the Amazon Rainforest grows a tree that could literally revolutionize what you think about cancer treatment and chances of survival.

The future has never looked more promising. Research shows that with extracts from this miraculous tree it now may be possible to:- * Attack cancer safely and effectively with an all-natural therapy that does not cause extreme nausea, weight loss and hair loss

* Protects your immune system and avoids deadly infections

* Feel stronger and healthier throughout the course of the treatment

* Boost your energy and improve your outlook on life

The source o f this information is just as stunning:

It comes from one of America's largest drug manufacturers, the fruit of over 20 laboratory tests conducted since the 1970's!

What those tests revealed was nothing short of mind numbing...

Extracts from the tree were shown to:

* Effectively target and kill malignant cells in 12 types of cancer, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreatic cancer..

* The tree compounds proved to be up to 10,000 times stronger in slowing the growth of cancer cells than Adriamycin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug!

* What's more, unlike chemotherapy, the compound extracted from the Graviola tree effectively hunts down and kills only cancer cells. It does not harm healthy cells!

The plant is grown as a commercial crop for its 20-30 cm long prickly green fruit, which can have a mass of up to 2.5 kg. Away from its native area, there is some limited production as far north as southern Florida within USDAZone 10; however these are mostly garden plantings for local consumption. It is also grown in parts of southeastern Asia. The soursop will reportedly fruit as a container specimen, even in temperate climates if protected from cool temperatures.

The flesh of the fruit consists of an edible white pulp and a core of indigestible black seeds. The species is the only member of the genusAnnona that is suitable for processing and preservation. The sweet pulp is used to make juice as well as candies, sorbets, and ice cream flavorings.

In Indonesia, soursop is called Sirsak (also nangka landak) which is derived from the Dutch zuur zak meaning sour sack. Dodol sirsak, a sweetmeat, is made by boiling soursop pulp in water and adding sugar until the mixture hardens. Soursop is also common ingredient for making fresh fruit juices that are sold at most of street food vendors.

In Mexico it is a common fruit often used for dessert as the only ingredient, or as an agua fresca beverage. Ice cream and fruit bars made of soursop are also very popular. The seeds are normally left in the preparation, and removed while consuming. In Malaysia it is known in Malay as 'Durian Belanda' and in East Malaysia specifically the Dusun race in Sabah it is locally known as 'lampun'. Popularly it is eaten raw when it ripens.

Usually the fruits are taken from the tree when they mature and left to ripen in a dark corner whereby it will be eaten when it is fully ripe i.e. it is soft when you press the fruit. It has a white flower with a very pleasing scent especially in the morning.

in Kerala India soursop is known as aatha chakka. Probably aatha refers to a persons name, say, arther, and chakka means jack fruit. Not planted commercially, and not sold in the market, the fruit was probably introduced by the Portuguese. Externally different from custard apple, the fruit once ripe and cut open look almost like custard apple.

Nutritionally, the fruit is high in carbohydrates, particularly fructose. The fruit also contains significant amounts of vitamin C, vitamin B1, andvitamin B2. The fruit, seeds, and leaves have a number of herbal medicinal uses among indigenous peoples of regions where the plant is common.

In the Caribbean it is believed that laying the leaves of the soursop on a bed below a sleeping person with a fever will break the fever by the next morning. Also, boiling the leaves and drinking may help induce sleep.[2]

The tea, fruit, and juice are used medicinally to treat illness ranging from stomach ailments to worms.

In Vietnam, this fruit is called mãng cầu Xiêm in the South, or quả Na in the North and is used to make juice, or eaten as is. In Cambodia, this fruit is called "Tearb Barung" literally meant "Western Custard-apple fruit", where "Tearb" is a specie of this kind of fruit and also a native fruit name in Cambodia. There are many diffent type of "Tearb" in cambodia, each of them has their own name to describe the flavour, shape and size.

Water Diet for weight/fat loss

What Is the Water Diet?

The Water Diet, sometimes known as the Cold Water Diet, is one of the latest fads that appeal to dieters who want to melt away their fat. Compared to fasting "cleanse" diets and those that restrict caloric intake, such as the Rice Diet, the Water Diet doesn't limit food consumption, nor does it require exercise. The appeal of the Water Diet is that dieters can purportedly eat what they want--and still lose weight.

What is the "Science" Behind the Water Diet?

The theory behind the Water Diet is that when cold water is ingested, the body burns extra calories to heat the water up to a body temperature of 98.6 degrees. The colder the water, the harder the body works to warm up the water. Therefore, even more calories would be burned if a dieter drinks very cold water. Additionally, drinking water in between or with meals gives dieters a sense of fullness, purportedly making them less likely to want to eat. Because the kidneys must work to process water, it is also claimed that the Water Diet results in toxins being flushed from the body.

How Does the Water Diet Work?

On the Water Diet, the dieter drinks 64 oz. of cool or cold water in eight 8-oz. servings over course of the day, with or without meals, in addition to the dieter's normal fluid intake. The water can be tap water, bottled water or any other kind of water that is safe to drink. The available resources on the Water Diet discourages chewing on ice cubes to make up for water intake. The Water Diet does not alter the types of foods the dieter eats, nor does it limit portion size. Exercise is not a component of the Water Diet.

Pros and Cons of the Water Diet

The advantages of the Water Diet is that it's free--anyone with access to drinking water can try it. The disadvantages is that dieters will find themselves fleeing to the bathroom frequently. While some experts support the notion that drinking water before a meal can help a dieter cut calories, the Water Diet does not address the very necessary components of dieting, such as limiting overall daily calorie intake and incorporating exercise into the dieter's daily routine. As reviewers of the Water Diet point out, the Water Diet is not really a diet--it simply encourages people to drink the amount of water that they should be drinking in the first place.

Does the Water Diet Work?

While there has been no scientific research conducted on the efficacy of the Water Diet, in 2008, two Dungarpur men claimed to lose weight while using the "Before, During and After" strategy, which is markedly similar to the Water Diet. Dunga Ram Gurjar, 43, lost 50 pounds in 1 year, taking him from a size 40 to a size 34. BheruLal Meena of VidyaMandir School Dadabari Kota claimed to lose 10 lbs. a month for a total weight loss of 70 pounds without dieting. The two men drank one glass of water before meals, one during, and one after eating. Their success stories are in press. We will provide link once media(Manak Chand Gupta's Wife - Shastri Nagar, Kota) airs it.
